In it CAMPING NAUTA You can go camping and caravanning in an environment that allows you to do a wide variety of activities.
We are located in Tenerife, just a few kilometers from leisure areas, shopping centers, airport (12 km), beaches (2 km), Teide National Park, golf courses (2 km), water parks, etc.

INTERNAL REGULATIONS
1) All persons who access, visit, or stay at the Campsite are, by this very fact, obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations. By simply registering at the Campsite, the guest accepts and agrees to these Internal Regulations.
2) Upon arrival, all guests must register at the reception office, detailing all applicable charges and providing proof of identity. Advance payment for the planned stay is required upon check-in.
3) At the discretion of campsite management, and if circumstances require it, each guest will be given a vehicle stay card and/or identification wristband. These are personal and non-transferable and must be carried at all times and presented upon request to any campsite staff member. Guests with tents must also attach the number provided at the reception office to their tent.
4) The reception office is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Access for guests with vehicles and tents begins at 10 a.m. Access for guests using cabins begins at 12 p.m.
5) The day of stay or day ends at 12:00 noon. A day is defined as the time elapsed from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon the following day. If the guest leaves after this time without authorization from the campsite reception, an additional full day will be charged.
6) Upon departure, the customer is required to notify the reception staff. If the departure occurs during the night, they must arrange to pay the bill for their stay according to the reception office's opening hours. Upon departure, customers must hand in their vehicle's stay card and, if applicable, the store number to the reception office.
7) The client will camp in the place indicated by the Camping staff.
8) Access to the campsite is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Visitors must be authorized by reception and, in all cases, regardless of the length of their stay, must pay the corresponding fee.
9) Quiet hours are established from midnight to 8:00 a.m. During these hours, gatherings, games, music, etc., are prohibited, and the guest must avoid all types of disturbing noise. After 10:00 p.m., the volume of sound equipment will be lowered, and in the case of gatherings, the level of voices, laughter, etc., will be moderated.
10) The maximum speed allowed for vehicles inside the campsite is 20 km/h. Vehicle use is limited to guest access and exit.
11) Vehicle traffic and access to the campsite is not permitted from midnight to 8 am, except in emergency situations.
12) Acoustic signals are prohibited. The use of stereos and other devices that may disturb other guests is prohibited.
13) The use of bicycles and scooters is prohibited from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m.
14) Parking is prohibited on unoccupied pitches, roads, and in areas where it impedes traffic or access to pitches and camping areas. Guests must observe the parking restrictions.
15) The Campsite is not responsible in the event of an accident that causes damage to vehicles, whether due to collision with a tree or physical barrier, or due to collision between vehicles.
16) Pets are not allowed to be brought in by cabin users.
17) Pets are prohibited from entering the cafeteria, the minimarket, the reception office, the swimming pools, the restrooms, and, in general, all community facilities, with the exception of duly accredited assistance dogs for people with disabilities.
18) Pets must remain on a leash or in their enclosures at all times and under the control and responsibility of their owners. Animals that clearly pose a danger or cause discomfort to guests may not be kept inside the campsite. In the event of non-compliance, the campsite reserves the right to prohibit entry or evict the owner of said pet. Furthermore, dogs considered, under current regulations, to be potentially dangerous must wear a muzzle at all times.
The owner of the animal will be solely responsible for any damage the animal may cause to people, objects, or facilities.
19) Garbage and waste must be collected in appropriate bags and placed in designated containers. The campsite will not be responsible for collecting household appliances, furniture, or miscellaneous materials from guests; their removal is the guests' own responsibility.
20) The discharge of dirty or wastewater directly onto the campsite grounds is prohibited. Chemical toilets and greywater tanks must be emptied and cleaned only in designated facilities.
21) Clothes may only be hung in authorized places.
22) Lighting any type of fire or using it outside the designated area is prohibited. The use of portable barbecues and stoves is exceptionally permitted, with appropriate precautions regarding distance and potential disturbance to other guests. Furthermore, for safety reasons, cooking inside the cabins is prohibited. The use of fireworks is also prohibited.
23) Customers are requested to use water and electricity responsibly.
24) Use of the pools outside of established hours is prohibited. These hours and all other rules for proper use are posted at the entrance and inside the pools.
25) On pitches designated for caravans, motorhomes, and mobile homes, the use of non-camping elements or materials, such as wood, metal structures, cement, flooring, masonry, etc., and, in general, self-construction elements, is prohibited. In addition to the camping equipment itself (caravan, motorhome, or mobile home), only common camping equipment, such as awnings, kitchen tents, or gazebos, will be permitted, provided they are easily transportable. The campsite is not responsible for the financial cost or possible consequences related to the use of such elements.
Enclosure of plots is prohibited.
26) Customers must have their own fire extinguishing equipment, third-party liability insurance for vehicles, caravans, and mobile homes, and, where applicable, gas installation permits with their corresponding inspections.
27) The rental of items by their owners to third parties is prohibited.
28) Guests are prohibited from leaving their equipment connected to electrical outlets when they are not in use. Likewise, guests are strictly prohibited from tampering with the campsite's electrical outlets or panels. If any problems are observed, we ask guests to cooperate by immediately reporting them to the campsite staff. Each device must be connected to its own electrical outlet. Sharing the same electrical outlet between multiple devices is prohibited. If a panel needs to be repaired due to an incident caused by a guest's tampering, the repair will be paid for by the guest.
29) All campsite facilities have clearly marked opening and closing times, which each guest is required to respect and adhere to. Campsite buildings and facilities may not be used for purposes other than those for which they were intended.
30) In the event that any tent or vehicle (caravan, motorhome, van, car, etc.) remains unoccupied at the Campsite for more than 48 hours, without payment having been made for its stay or without communication of this situation to the reception office, it may be removed by the Campsite, along with the rest of the belongings, without any right to any type of claim by its owner.
31) The campsite will not be held responsible for any thefts that may occur. The campsite management requests the cooperation of guests in taking the necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings. Guests are advised that a free valuables safekeeping service is available at the reception office.
32) The Campsite will not be liable for damage caused by other guests or third parties, or caused by natural or atmospheric incidents, or for any other cause beyond the company's control.
33) Minors unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not permitted to stay. An exception is made for minors who are members of educational centers and other groups that use the campsite facilities for activities under the supervision and responsibility of adult instructors.
34) Children must be accompanied by an adult when using any of the campsite's facilities. Specifically, in the swimming pools, children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Adults are directly responsible for the behavior of their minors and will ensure that they use the facilities correctly.
35) The campsite management reserves the right to refuse admission and deny access to guests who violate these regulations and, in general, fail to adhere to the basic rules of politeness, mutual respect, and social coexistence. Guests who violate any aspect of these regulations may be asked to leave the campsite, and if they do not do so voluntarily, law enforcement may be called upon to intervene.
Those who are debtors of the Company for services previously rendered and whose amounts have not been paid on time will not be admitted.
