INTERNAL REGULATIONS
1) All persons who enter, visit, or stay at the Camping are required to comply with the provisions of these Regulations. The client, by the simple act of registering at the Camping, accepts and agrees to these Internal Regulations.
2) Upon arrival, all clients must register at the reception office, where they will detail all tariffed items and provide documentary proof of identity. Payment for the expected stay is required in advance at the time of check-in.
3) At the discretion of the Camping management, and if circumstances require, each client may be given a stay card for vehicles and/or an identification bracelet. These are personal and non-transferable, must be worn at all times, and presented upon request by any Camping staff member. Clients with tents must also attach the number provided by the reception office to their tent.
4) The reception office hours are from 08:00 to 22:00. Access for clients with vehicles and tents is from 10:00. Access for clients using cabins is from 12:00.
5) The stay or day ends at 12:00. A day is understood as the time elapsed from 12:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 the next day. If a client leaves after this time without authorization from the Camping reception, an additional full day will be charged.
6) Upon departure, clients are required to notify the reception staff. If departure occurs at night, clients must ensure payment for their stay according to the reception office hours. Clients must return their vehicle stay card and, if applicable, the tent number at the reception office upon departure.
7) Clients will camp in the location indicated by the Camping staff.
8) Access to the Camping is exclusively reserved for registered clients. Visitors must be authorized by the reception and must pay the corresponding fee regardless of the duration of their stay.
9) Quiet hours are from 00:00 to 08:00. During these hours, meetings, games, music, etc., are prohibited, and clients must avoid any disturbing noises. From 22:00, the volume of sound devices should be lowered, and voices, laughter, etc., should be moderated during gatherings.
10) The maximum speed limit for vehicles inside the Camping is 20 km/h. The use of vehicles is limited to entering and exiting the Camping.
11) Vehicle access and circulation inside the Camping are prohibited from 00:00 to 08:00, except in emergencies.
12) Acoustic signals are prohibited. The use of music equipment and other devices that may disturb other clients is not allowed.
13) The use of bicycles and scooters is prohibited from 20:00 to 09:00.
14) Parking in unoccupied plots, roadways, or areas obstructing circulation or access to plots and camping areas is prohibited. Clients must observe parking prohibitions.
15) The Camping is not responsible for accidents causing damage to vehicles, whether due to collisions with trees, physical barriers, or other vehicles.
16) Pets are prohibited for clients using cabins.
17) Pets are prohibited from entering the cafeteria, minimarket, reception office, pools, hygiene services, and all communal facilities, except for assistance dogs for people with disabilities, which must be properly accredited.
18) Pets must be leashed or in their enclosures at all times and under the control and responsibility of their owners. Animals that pose a danger or cause disturbance to clients will not be allowed to remain in the Camping. The Camping reserves the right to prohibit entry or expel the owner of such an animal. Additionally, dogs considered potentially dangerous by current regulations must wear a muzzle at all times. The owner is solely responsible for any damage the animal may cause to people or property.
19) Garbage and waste must be collected in suitable bags and deposited in designated containers. The Camping does not collect appliances, furniture, or various client materials; their removal is the responsibility of the clients.
20) Discharging dirty or wastewater directly onto the Camping grounds is prohibited. Emptying and cleaning chemical toilets and gray water tanks must be done only in designated facilities.
21) Clothes may only be hung in authorized places.
22) Lighting any type of fire outside the permitted area is prohibited. The use of portable barbecues and stoves is exceptionally allowed, provided safety measures regarding distance and potential disturbance to other clients are followed. For safety reasons, cooking inside the cabins is also prohibited, as is the use of fireworks.
23) Clients are requested to use water and electricity responsibly.
24) Using the pools outside established hours is prohibited. The schedule and other rules for proper use are posted at the pool entrance and inside the pools.
25) On plots for caravans, motorhomes, and mobile homes, the use of non-camping materials such as wood, metal structures, cement, flooring, masonry, etc., is prohibited. Only common camping items such as awnings, kitchen tents, or gazebos, which are easily movable, are allowed. The Camping is not responsible for the economic cost or any consequences related to these elements. Fencing of plots is prohibited.
26) Clients must have their own fire extinguishing equipment, third-party liability insurance for vehicles, caravans, and mobile homes, and, if applicable, gas installation permits with corresponding inspections.
27) Renting elements to third parties by their owners is prohibited.
28) Clients are not allowed to leave their elements connected to electrical outlets without occupying them. It is also strictly prohibited for clients to manipulate the Camping’s electrical outlets or panels. In case of any observed problems, clients are asked to notify Camping staff immediately. Each element must be connected to its own and only electrical outlet. Sharing one electrical outlet among several elements is prohibited. If an electrical panel needs repair due to a client’s manipulation, the client will be charged for the repair.
29) All Camping facilities have specified opening and closing hours, which clients must respect and comply with. Buildings and facilities must not be used for purposes other than those intended.
30) If a tent or vehicle (caravan, motorhome, van, car, etc.) remains in the Camping without occupants for more than 48 hours without payment or notification to the reception office, the Camping may remove it along with other belongings, without the right to any claim by the owner.
31) The Camping is not responsible for any thefts. The Camping management requests client cooperation to take necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings. A free valuables custody service is available at the reception office.
32) The Camping will not be responsible for damage caused by other clients or third parties, by nature or weather incidents, or any other cause beyond the company’s control.
33) Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to stay unless they are part of educational centers or other groups using the Camping facilities for activities under the supervision of adult monitors.
34) Children must be accompanied by an adult when using any Camping facility. Specifically, in the pools, children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Adults are directly responsible for the behavior of minors in their care, ensuring they use the facilities correctly.
35) The Camping management reserves the right to refuse admission and stay to clients who violate these Regulations or fail to observe basic rules of education, mutual respect, and social coexistence. Clients who breach any aspect of these Regulations may be asked to leave the Camping, and if they do not do so voluntarily, law enforcement may be called. Entry will not be allowed to those who owe the Company for previously provided services that have not been paid for.
